Higher Love

As our frequency increases, we naturally resonate with the higher frequency of love. What is the "higher" frequency of love? It is the realization that we are love. As the structures of old come tumbling down, our hearts are left exposed and vulnerable. We see who we really are and are awed.

Love commands us to live life at a higher frequency. What does it mean to be love? When we stand in the eye of the storm, we love it. When we are challenged, we love it. When we are misunderstood, we love it. When the earth shakes or floods wash over her, we love them as well. My universal answer to most questions is give 'em huggies and kissies! Just send love. What a wondrous time we are living in! To realize the power of love and use it in our lives is enormous. To rise above the vibrations of greed, control, scarcity consciousness and the like, means our lives are about to change in ways we haven't yet imagined. The beauty of what is coming is beyond words.

In order to open to this frequency of love, we must first open to ourselves. "Opening to oneness is about opening your heart to your true self. It's about falling in love with you. It is the experience of love made manifest in the most intimate way possible."

These first lines of the introduction to my book, In the Key of Life, An Activational Journey to the Soul, remind us that self-love is the foundation upon which we build this higher frequency. Once we feel our hearts full of love for ourselves, our heart's energy naturally spirals out to others and our 'special other'. We realize in order to continue to grow, we must relate at all levels.

For years, many of us way-showers have walked our paths alone. The days of doing it alone are quickly coming to an end. We have fallen in love with ourselves. Now we fall in love with another at a deeper level than we have ever experienced. This is happening in my life in ways I didn't imagine were possible.

In order to see ourselves and who we are, we must have a mirror, that ideal partner who brings in the resonance and power of two. In this world of the relative, we can only know something in relation to something else.

As we move up in frequency, our bodies change. These changes can be felt in various ways. This past week, I felt some heart palpitations and chest discomfort, signaling for me more heart opening. I know I am not alone. We see it everyday when people realize that we must all help one another if we are to make it through these challenging times.
