Fall is my favorite season and the fall colors in the northeast have been exceptional this year. I feel very blessed to be in upstate NY at this time. I am not alone. Each autumn, many people come to NY and New England to take in the beauty.
As I was breathing in this beauty during my morning walk, I pondered about why we are so drawn to view this seasonal color change. After all, the job of a leaf is photosynthesis: to take in light through its chlorophyll and convert it into food. When the chlorophyll leaves the leaf, so does the green it imparts. As the yellows, oranges, and reds slowly fill the leaves, the life force slowly leaves. What we are doing when we come to look at the fall colors is really to witness and celebrate death.
It comes as no surprise that the fall of the dollar, the falling economy, and the fall of America is happening during this season. Like the leaf peepers, we have come here at this time to witness the death of the U.S. as we have known it. Similarly, we are experiencing our own death, the death of "US" as we have known ourselves to be. It is the ultimate letting go of what is no longer in resonance with who we are, whether it is beliefs, thought patterns, relationships, place of residence, etc. You can't move new furniture into a fully furnished house. The old furniture must be removed before the new is set in place. This is what we and the country are doing - making space for the new.
I, too, am making space for the new to enter my life. I have been dog-sitting for my former partner's dog, Pepper, for the past four months while my former partner hiked the Appalachian Trail. Pepper and I had bonded quickly and had enjoyed each others company. My former partner came to get Pepper this past weekend. My heart ached when they left. My former partner is in a new relationship and is leaving NY. It was as if we had to come back to the house we built, and during fall, when we first came together, to say good-bye one last time. What is no longer in resonance with who I am is leaving and I must let go, no matter how difficult it may be. This letting go will open the floodgates of my heart to allow in a new relationship for me that is in resonance with who I am.
So if it seems that things are falling down around you like leaves, remember the beauty of the autumn leaf. Death is nothing more than a transition into new life, a new world, and a new you... and it is so beautiful.

As we enter the vortex of accelerated change, we soon realize we cannot pull ourselves out. It is like moving past the event horizon of a black hole, nothing can escape, not even visible light. All we can do is surrender. Surrender to what is. Surrender to our highest vision of who we are. Surrender to our divinity.
It is human nature to avoid change unless it is the only option. Here we are at the doorstep of monumental change unlike any we have seen. The Hopi have a saying that when you are on a raging river, it is best to let go and go with the flow. In other words, don't fight the change. Instead, embrace it. Love it. Cherish these days. We are FINALLY letting go of what has not been in its integrity. Systems that were not based on love are leaving. Sometimes it is best to allow things to fall apart so we can put them back together again in a way that is stronger than before.
What does it mean to be in your integrity? To be in your integrity means be in alignment with divine intent and follow your heart. Where in your life are you not in alignment with what your heart tells you to do? Change it now or you might feel the universe's two by four strike you in the head. Go with the flow of your creation.
Chaos is the mother of creation. We are entering the womb of creation, the darkness, the void. It is like drawing the blank Rune. Any and all things are possible. We are pregnant with potential.
So during this acceleration phase, listen to your heart and follow its guidance. Allow it to be your compass to lead you through these uncertain times. Create what is in your heart. Follow your passion and find your bliss. Listen to that still small voice that tells you you are so much more than what this society or government has told you.
As soon as the pieces of what once was are scattered about, start picking them up, one at a time, following your heart's guidance, and watch the beauty that is you unfold.

The person that I am mentoring in sacred geometry asked if the next lesson would be centered around the number four. Immediately the tetrahedron and the four-pointed base of the pyramid come to mind. Numerologically, foundation, completion, success, and earth come to mind for the number four. To Pythagoras, the number four represented perfection, harmonious proportion, and divinity. So why did the number four come to the "fore"front in my life now?The number four appears in my numerology as a master builder - one who works hard and is determined to lay the proper foundation to create something solid and lasting. It feels like I am laying the footers for the foundation of my life's work. I am networking with so many people and offering workshops and sessions in such a short period of time that it amazes me. When we align our energy with that of our heart's desire, we align with our heart's exact coordinates in the matrix. Pinpointing our heart's exact harmonic residence is like connecting to a worm hole or portal. In no time, we are swept off to another physical location. For me, that was New York. This new location has its own consciousness matrix and I felt like a fish out of water for a while until I was able to explore it. Like dialing the numbers on a phone, I sent out different tones to connect with the appropriate parties. Many are answering the call.Laying a foundation is hard work. Here in the northeast, most foundations are created by first digging deep into the earth, laying the forms to pour the footers, and then laying cement blocks upon the footers. We have already dug deep within ourselves and excavated much of the old. As we align with our heart's mission, the forms are carefully laid. When we open our hearts, we allow love to pour forth and fill the forms. Love is the foundation upon which all of our work is performed. We are now laying the blocks one at a time and applying the mud to hold them together to create a solid foundation. Where in your life do you see yourself laying a foundation for your work? Are you taking the time to keep the blocks in alignment? Laying a solid foundation is so critical to the success of our work. Even though it feels tedious and tiring, it is worth every minute of it. After all, we are laying the foundation for the New Earth. Talk about extreme home makeover! Take your time. Check your measurements. Drink plenty of water. Take frequent breaks. Look at what you are creating from time to time. See that it is good. I commend all of you for your hard work and dedication. The pillars of our new society are about to be raised. For years now, we have prepared ourselves to take flight. We took workshops, learned various healing modalities, studied metaphysics, meditated, practiced yoga, and did our internal work. Our fuel tanks are now full of knowledge, wisdom, life experience, and life force energy. Baby step after baby step, we checked to be sure all systems are go. We donned our protective suits of love and strapped ourselves in for the ride of a lifetime.
Countdown to launch began on 08/01/08 with the first eclipse of the month. On 08/08/08, the universe pressed the launch button. The thrusters ignited and we were full of anticipation.
In the next millisecond, as we looked out the window from our ship, we saw the supports fall away that held our ship safely in place during our preparation phase. These supports must detach to allow us to take flight. Friends, business partners, love partners, old patterns and beliefs, and anything else whose mission is complete, must fall out of our lives. If they remained, they would only hold us back. On 8/11/08, I detached from a friend who was clearly a support in the past, but who now had become a crutch. It all happened in a matter of days. Whatever is not in alignment with who we are now, will no longer remain in our lives.
In the next millisecond after the supports fall away, fear and doubt may come as we look out the window and see no supports. It feels like we are not moving. What force is keeping us standing fully erect on our own two feet? It is our own power, which perhaps many of us haven't felt until now. I can remember the day my father raised the training wheels on my bike without telling me. I was riding along fine until I noticed the training wheels weren't touching the ground. For an instant, I was afraid. It was only after I realized that I had been riding on my own power, that the fear lifted.
In the next millisecond, we feel enormous raw power. The ship is vibrating and our lives may be a little shaky. This is the most dangerous period of the flight. Expressing our power may be awkward and unsettling at first. After all, we are embarking on a journey into the unknown on our own.
It takes enormous energy during lift off to finally move our ship off the launch pad. We may feel exhausted during this time as every ounce of fuel is used to overcome the inertia of the past. I have felt my share of exhaustion lately.
Our ship moves slowly at first, gaining speed as it moves. Things are starting to move slowly for me and I know that my work is gaining momentum. Be patient. The accelerated manifestation phase is quickly approaching.
After our booster rockets spend their fuel, it is time to release them. This occurs in stages. Releasing the old through the physical body occurs in stages as well. For the past several days, I have had a scratchy throat and tightness in my chest. My sacrum hurt the other day, and now the pain is gone. Symptoms will come and go until we release the old that is not in alignment with our higher vibration.
Finally, we enter into our orbit. We come back into balance with the higher frequency of who we are now. We are free from the gravity of the past and life floats effortlessly. The new orbit we reach is our heart's desire. It is the reason we are here.

As one eclipse ends and another begins, it is clear that what was hidden or eclipsed, must now come up to the light to be viewed. For most of July and the first week of August, it felt like I was mired in a tar pit. From the depths of this natural trap, I quickly learned not to resist. The more I tried to make things happen, the more they disappeared. Surrendering to the energy of inertia was the only viable option.
Surrender I did, not only to the inertia, but to diving deep into my limiting past patterns and beliefs. One by one, they surfaced to be examined, emoted, and excised. Not only did I release past patterns, I released past relationships that were no longer in alignment with who I am now. It wasn't pretty. What does look pretty coming out of a tar pit?
Sandwiched between the eclipses was the 08/08/08 portal. Since then, things happen magically, without much effort. As I was riding in my sister's car the other day, I once again read the words on the side view mirror: "Objects in the mirror are closer than they appear." Yes, I thought. The objects of my desire are closer than they appear. I can't see their outward manifestation with the same eyes I used to assess other manifestations in my life. I live in a different world now. Things come to me in different ways. No wonder I can't see them. I am looking for them to show up through my limited perception.
Abundance and prosperity come in various ways, not just through conventional work. My current mind cannot grasp the universe of infinite possibilities. Why not just surrender to what I mapped out for myself before I came into this life and enjoy the ride? The harder I try to make something happen, the further I push it away. The more I allow my abundance to come, the faster I draw it to myself. The slower I move, the faster things unfold around me....exactly what the "tar pit" was designed to do.
So, if you feel like you aren't "doing" enough and think you need to make things happen, try slowing down, going with the flow, and enjoy each moment. And remember, "Objects in the mirror are closer than they appear."

Birds, bees, bats, and beavers, oh my! Since I rented the house I once owned, I have seen and experienced a bounty of these "B" words in and around the house. Swallows nested at the entrance to the breezeway and the robins made their usual nest under the front balcony. One Saturday, bees swarmed inside and outside of the house. For weeks now, bats have been literally coming out of the woodwork to interrupt my sleep. Although common to this area, beaver sightings are not that frequent. What does it all mean?
According to Ted Andrews' book, Animal-Speak, swallows symbolize protection and warmth for the home, and taking proper perspective of your life. Robins are traditionally a sign of spring and new growth. Bees remind us to partake of the honey of life and pursue our dreams. Bats signify transition, initiation, and drawing our greatest fears to our self to be healed. Finally, beavers are master builders and symbolize the building of dreams. When I put these puzzle pieces together, the message is clear: Prepare to face my greatest fear that has held me back from living my dream, all the while knowing that I am protected.
So, what is up with this alliteration of the letter "B?" During one of my morning walks, I spoke the words the that came to mind that start with the letter "B": beauty, bounty, blessings, beneficial, benefactor, (in fact, all the "bene's"), bright, balance, and believe. "B" is the second letter of the alphabet. What does it mean to be second, as in second place, second fiddle, etc.? A friend relayed a message to me yesterday that I can no longer be second. I knew exactly what the message meant.
It is clear that it is time for me to step fully into who I really am and to carry out my life's mission. No more second best or second fiddle for me. My pattern was to hang onto the coat tails of another, thinking that he or she would shield me from myself. The energies of late will not allow this pattern to continue.
What does it mean to take full responsibility for your dreams? Recently, I played "second billing" to a friend of mine at an event. She is a gifted medium and always seems to attract a crowd. I thought it might be a good way to market myself. It didn't feel right. Her philosophy is to go after what you want and make it happen. So far this has worked for her. When I allowed myself to go into her way of thinking, I became fearful, and again, it didn't feel right. Response-ability means that you have everything you need to respond to your dreams. The key word is "respond."
The current energies are constantly sending messages to us to just "B." Be who you are. Be patient. Allow. Stay in the moment. Know that you have already set your dreams into motion. Watch for signs that tell you when to act. Go with the flow of your creation. The solstice has come and gone and we are now approaching Independence Day. This is another big full circle day for me as it will be the one year anniversary of the publication of my book, In the Key of Life, An Activational Journey to the Soul. As my book is a tool for self-transformation and self-empowerment, July 4th seemed to be the ideal publication date.
This holiday is also symbolic of where the energies are now. What does it mean to be independent? What is true freedom? Independence comes from actualizing our innate power and abilities to manifest the life of our dreams. We are sovereign unto ourselves. Freedom only comes when we break the chains of forgetfulness and allow our mind to explore our unlimited potential. The tarot card I picked today was "Worthiness." When we realize our divinity, we realize our true worth.
The energy of movement is building. Things seem to be swirling around as in a tornado, flying out and sorting themselves by what is in alignment with our highest vision and grandest version of who we really are. Anything less than what is in complete alignment with who we truly are will not manifest. We have no control over this now. We set the wheels in motion a year ago and the pattern has completed in the matrix. What we have left to do before the accelerated manifestation phase is to take care of the final touches.
What we will manifest now will be nothing short of miraculous to many of us. Things we thought we would not do again or were not capable of are becoming our reality. I recently rented the house I used to own with my former partner. I didn't imagine myself ever living in that house again and here I am! The best part is the rent is lower than what our mortgage payment was and it includes mowing the lawn and plowing the driveway, things I do not choose to do any longer and what I thought would prevent me from renting a house.
The things I have chosen to manifest are starting to form. I choose to form a community of like-minded people and they are coming to me! I have asked to manifest guiding sacred and mystical tours of Sedona, and again, the opportunity is coming to me. So much is happening AND we are not yet into the accelerated manifestation phase!
We have now raised our vibration high enough to step into the next level of our work. It is like being upgraded from a Chevy to a Maserati. As with any high performance engine, a little fine tuning is needed to insure peak performance. Not only that, but I really do think any car runs better when it is clean and waxed. We are in the buffing and polishing stages, taking the finger prints off and making sure the chrome is shiny. When our motors are humming and outsides are glistening, we are ready for the trip of our lifetime!
