Reformation

The energy of monumental change has been swirling around for weeks now and is sure to continue for weeks to come. This monumental change is happening within our core. As such, our core issues are surfacing. Issues of self-worth, self-forgiveness, self-trust, and self-fear (fear of your power) are relentlessly knocking at our door and will not go away until we answer them.

On April 2, Pluto goes retrograde and heads toward aligning with the Galactic Center and our center of being. Pluto, the great transformer, heralds in the energy of self re-form-ation.

Our energy is literally being reformed. Old thought patterns are dismantled and new thoughts are taking shape. The outmoded structures in our life are crumbling to allow for our freedom. The winds of change are blowing away the chaff from the grain. We are in a whirlwind of wonder and the wonder is all about who we are.

As the wind continues to kit up the dust of our former selves, it is hard to see what is forming.
Repatterning generally takes some forethought and we find ourselves saying we didn't ask for this. Oh, but we did. The collective thoughts have been weaving a celestial tapestry for some time now. Each time we prayed for freedom, for peace, for compassion, we sent thought forms into the collective consciousness. We all know deep inside that "the system" and our system of doing things are broken. We are literally reshaping our world. The old structure is gone and yet we unconsciously reach for the familiar. There is nothing to grasp onto. The new pattern has not yet completed in the matrix. We are in the midst of creative chaos.

Everything is up for grabs. Like the tornado in the Wizard of Oz, everything and everyone is swirling in a vortex. Breakups, breakdowns, and breakthroughs abound. The cosmic child has scattered its tinker toys on the floor of creation, awaiting further instruction before reassembling the pieces.

What instructions will you give to the universe? What structures will you build? Be extra careful with your thoughts, words, and deeds now. We will soon be entering an accelerated manifestation phase. As the dust settles, clarity will come...soon.

Breaking Ground

While the moon slowly faded away as the sun rose over the red rocks of Sedona on Easter morning, I contemplated what this particular Easter represents. Sun rise. Son rise. Each of us is our own sun. Our perceived reality revolves around us. We are illuminated from within first, and then from without. The divine spark of our true light rests within our hearts waiting to be fed. Our brilliance is peaking through. We can't help it. It is who we are.

Just as a tiny seed follows its path of creation with total faith and breaks ground, we too, are unearthed and rebirthed. The ground that is breaking open is our hearts. Light peaks through and bathes our deepest desires. How precious is this moment. How beautiful it is to see new life. Yet, the seedling is tender and vulnerable as it searches for this light. We have just entered unknown territory. Like the seedling, we are used to much darkness. Just as it takes time to adjust to the light walking from a darkened room into daylight, we are in the adjustment phase with this new light.
Imagine what it must be like for a newborn to leave the dark womb of its mother and enter the light of the world. You may feel like you are walking around like a deer in headlights for a while, a bit stunned and dazed. Be gentle and allow time to integrate this new energy.

Part of the birthing process is to expel the afterbirth. What had sustained us is no longer needed. Old paradigms are discharged. Worn out belief systems are erased. We are severed from what we thought was safety and security. Our lives break open to allow the light to shine.

This energy, as everything else in the universe, has a purpose: to propel you to live your purpose. It is because of this energy that we are able to face our greatest fears and take that leap of faith. We realize that following our hearts is our security. As we assimilate this new energy, our circuitry is converted from DC to AC and immediately our potential increases exponentially! Our once battery-powered selves are now able to plug directly into Source. We have unlimited potential...we always have only now we FEEL it! Now we live it!

What do you choose to show the world? Are you living your highest potential?

I am facilitating a two and a half day intensive workshop designed to propel you to live your higher purpose in Sedona on May 2-4, 2008 entitled, Live Your Passion! Find Your Bliss! Can You Feel It?

"Did you ever feel somethin' in the air
and you block it out, but you know it's there?

Did you ever find, things about to change?
I can see the signs all along my way.

And I can feel that
something's comin' up and I don't know what it is.

Something's comin' up

and I don't know where it's gonna take me.

But there's something dyin' and

something bein' born."

-lyrics to "Somethings Coming Up" by Barry Manilow

Can you feel it?
Everything is on the move. Even the earth is rumbling, especially on the west coast of the US. There is so much movement within us and without that it's almost impossible to tell where the movement is coming from. Change has definitely become the familiar structure. From the Democratic primaries to political scandals to economic swings, we cannot deny we are on changeable seas. My best advice to ride these waves of change is to go with the flow.

You are not exempt from the waves of change. As without, so within. To the hundreds losing their homes and/or jobs, you know what I am talking about. Our world is being turned upside down. What we thought was stable and secure has been turned over like soil. What is being unearthed is your richness, your fertile soil, the cosmic compost from which you grow into your fully realized being. Thought patterns and belief systems that no longer resonate are shattering around us. We are redefining what stability, security, and sovereignty really mean. The consciousness of the planet is getting a face lift.

Hang on to your hats as next week may blow them them away! Spring begins on Thursday, March 20th. There is a full moon in Libra on Good Friday, and of course, the energy of resurrection comes on Easter Sunday.
Spring, as we know, is symbolic of new beginnings and new growth. The energy of the Libra full moon on Good Friday signifies the end of suffering for what we know is right. Justice just-is. We will all be born again in the energy of Easter Sunday. Many of my friends, myself included, are experiencing labor pains of rebirth. What is being resurrected is our unique divine blueprints. Who we truly are will no longer remain hidden. What will be unearthed in you and in society is our essential nature. As another progression on the spiral of life comes to completion and a new one begins, we take a giant step toward being the masters that we are.

Preparation

I knew the recent new moon lunar eclipse in Aquarius would be powerful for me since I am an Aquarian. It wasn't until I looked back at what happened around this time that the full meaning of the eclipse came into focus.

As most of you know, I have been traveling across the country for the last five months. It is most interesting, then, to note that I spent the eclipse in Corpus Christi, Texas. If you have been reading my blogs, you also know about the importance of names. Also, the lunar eclipse occurred around the time of Ash Wednesday, the first day of lent for Catholics. Lent is a time of going inward to prepare for the death of one body, Corpus Christi, and resurrection on Easter Sunday. Of course I am also referring to myself and all of us, going through the "death" of our former selves and then soon to be resurrected into our new selves. We are heading into the thick of things as the shifting energies start to come to a head. This may prove to be the year of greatest change through this monumental cycle of change.

My higher self decided that my body would facilitate the process of change by releasing much of the old through having the flu. After four days of fever, my body literally burned off the dross of my old self. I could feel the "death" of the old come up each time I coughed. It was as if the deep cleaning finally reached the sub-basement.

I feel like I am being polished like fine silver in preparation for a feast the likes of which I have never seen. The table is set. Name tags are prepared for each place setting. I can't see the names, I just know that people I have yet to meet along with old friends have been invited. Fine linen lines the table. An abundance of food and wine are lovingly placed on the table. Music that makes my heart sing is playing in the background. I can even smell the delectable food - it is that close. My feast, my banquet awaits.

I have waited so long to feast upon MY life. My turn at my wheel of fortune is only months away. This preparation time creates space for all that is coming. So many of us have worked so hard for so long. Now, we are all just months (if that) away from living in our abundance and joy. Our passion and purpose are about to burst open!

Do as the song from the musical, Godspell says: "Prepare ye, the way of the Lord!" Prepare to feast on your life, ye gods and goddesses!

Endings and Beginnings

The beginning of a new year reminds me to pay attention to the cycles in my life. This year, 2008, carries the energy of new beginnings. If you add the numbers in 2008 together, you get 10. If you add the 1 and the 0 together, you get the number 1. Numerology tells us that one carries the energy of new beginnings as it is the first integer. Not only are we starting a new 365 day cycle, we are starting a much larger cycle with this year of new beginnings. Of all the new beginnings I imagine for 2008, I never imagined what has already begun.

Last year was the year of completion. If you add the numbers in 2007 together, it equals 9. Nine is the last integer and it carries the energy of completion. 2007 ended with completing the greatest full circle of all for me.

When I decided to go on the road this past fall, a friend kept asking me to come to California first to visit her. I was feeling it was more important to go back to my place of birth first to bring that cycle of my life to completion. California, in my mind at the time, was the last big leg of my journey.

In mid December, I headed for northern California and worked my way down to my friend's house just before the holidays. Prior to going on the road, I was told that my former partner had sold the house in New York and was traveling across country as well. What I didn't know was that my former partner and I were to meet the day after Christmas through this mutual friend.

Our higher selves are quite clever. They sometimes orchestrate things we in the physical would not choose to do. It ended up that we spent New Year's together and I traveled with my former partner and her mini schnauzer, who looks similar to the dog we used to have, for several weeks. It almost felt like we were a family again, except we are different now. We have grown and changed. While I was in New York, my former partner had sent me an email saying thank you for waking me up. I wrote the blog, Clarion Call, about the email as it was such an activation for me. That email provided an opening for me to revisit our relationship.

After catching up on what happened in our lives over the past couple of years, I realized one of the reasons why we went through so much pain and separation. I realized the gift I had given her. We created a situation requiring tough love on my part to allow for awakening on my former partner's part.
Over the past several weeks, we healed our old wounds and became friends again. Like suturing a deep cut, we ended 2007 and began 2008 together, weaving the past into the present like one continuous thread. We both see the gift from the past now in the present. My gifts, along with our new friendship, are a huge heart opening for me and the realization of the power of forgiveness.

Thank you higher self for always knowing what's best for me. 2008 is going to be magical, mystical and beyond my wildest dreams!

Home for Christmas

As I was driving this morning, the song "I'll Be Home for Christmas" was playing on the radio. Several people have asked me where I plan to spend Christmas. My answer has been, "I don't know." As soon as I heard the song this morning, I knew where I would be. I will be home this Christmas, perhaps for the first time. Home within my heart, within the essence of my being. I will be home with my God Self.

I used to love Christmas. It was my favorite time of year. Ask anyone who knew me. I knew all of the words to most of the Christmas shows. Rudolph was my favorite.
Before I left on my road trip, I sold or gave away most of my belongings which included my Christmas decorations. Guess my higher self knew what was coming.

It is interesting that this year Christmas feels out of place to me. When I look at my life, I see that I live Christmas every day. I celebrate each day: the joy of living in the moment, the wonder of nature, love for all of God's creation, compassion and forgiveness for my debtors, healing the "sick," and using my intuitive abilities to act as my star of Bethlehem, to guide my way. Christmas, the time of Christ, of living as the God that I am, does not fall on one day a year. It is a way of life.

This year, I do not celebrate the birth of a man who showed us that we all are Gods incarnate. I celebrate my birth, or rather rebirth, of the God that I am. "These things and more shall you do," Jesus said. If he was able to heal the sick, help the blind see, master his intuitive abilities, then so it is with all of us...and more.

When you listen to Christmas songs, I invite you to put your name in place of Jesus'. This is why he came - to show us all our divine nature. If we are made in the image and likeness of God, how can it be otherwise?

Joy to the world my God Self has come! I sleep in heavenly peace.

Through the Gateway, to the Peak, and Overflowing!

Well, my drive back west has certainly been interesting. The trip has been an activation for me in so many ways and at so many levels. Trusting my gut feelings has been a huge blessing. I decided to take route 70 west since I had stopped to visit my nephew and great nephew in Dayton, Ohio. Route 70 goes through St. Louis and I knew it was important symbolically for me to go through the gateway arch. Walking under the arch felt like entering a gateway to another dimension, even the tramcars inside the arch looked like mini spaceships.

While I was in St. Louis, I was strongly guided to visit the butterfly house. I watched butterflies as they hatched from their chrysalis. I guess I wanted some more metamorphosis! As I watched the butterflies make their way out into the world, I thought, “Rebirth isn’t pretty.” Think about what a new chick looks like when it first comes out of the shell, or any new born for that matter. It is tiring work breaking out of our shells. Rebirth is usually messy…and magical. Walking through the greenhouse filled with all different varieties and colors of butterflies was transformational in itself. The only way I can describe my experience is that it was the closest thing I have experienced on earth that reminds me of heaven. Like a rainbow after the rain, beauty replaces the not so pretty rebirth.

When I entered Denver, my gut told me something wasn’t right. The next day, in Colorado Springs, my car broke down. As I reached the parking lot of Cave of the Winds, steam poured out from under my hood. It was a steep climb to the parking lot, reaching what seemed to be close to the elevation of nearby Pikes Peak. I had the car serviced and I still didn’t feel right about it. When I got back to the hotel later that day, I checked under the hood again. There were some new areas where the coolant had leaked, so I took it in to be checked again. There was a crack in the neck of the radiator, which meant that the radiator would have to be replaced. It couldn’t have happened at a better time and location during my travels. I am always taken care of. I was in town and not on a secluded stretch of road, and the repair shop was within walking distance of my hotel. Even so, my fear around not enough money came up when I found out the new radiator would cost hundreds of dollars. I had been told by at least four people that I need not worry about my abundance. It is coming and my work will support me. After all, I reached the peak, so to speak, and was overflowing, with coolant anyway. Humm, maybe this is a good omen and it’s days like this that make believing in my coming abundance a little more challenging. Most of the time I trust and know that the universe supports me and “most of the time” is not good enough. So, my higher self called in another experience to facilitate releasing more fear around money and to trust 100% of the time. After all, isn’t that what a master does?

As the metaphysical principle goes, “As without, so within.” My motor vehicle (without) had broken down, and now my physical vehicle, my body (within), goes through its own “breakdown.” My internal world of microorganisms and cells are moving into another level of homeostasis, which on the outside appears as a cold. It is the breakdown before the breakthrough, as a friend of mine used to say.

So many of us now are testing our level of trust by calling to ourselves our greatest fears. One of my greatest fears has been around being homeless. So, here I am on the road without a physical home. Interestingly, it feels okay, even right, to be without a traditional home base for now. As more of my fear around money gets released, I remember what I wrote in my book, In the Key of Life, An Activational Journey to the Soul, “Your security is directly proportional to your faith.”

During the holidays, we are reminded of two of our greatest emotional states: gratitude and faith. I have plenty to be thankful for this Thanksgiving and every day. As for Christmas, yes, the time of the Christed frequencies is upon me. Time to act as the master that I am with complete faith. After all, I passed through the gateway, went to the peak, and now I am overflowing! Joy to the world!
